"Your drivers look to avoid the parking charge at Gatwick. I don't blame them for that, it's extortionate. But it meant that I had no idea where we would be picked up until the driver messaged my phone after landing. Close to the terminal - good. A worry, however, when it's gone midnight, with a taxi service I've not used before. Assumed would be pick up inside terminal. Not sure I'd use again. The drivers were very good. Info good time in advance was lacking. And why do you charge an extra £5 to drop off a passenger en route?? I tipped both drivers. Always do. Certainly NOT tipping the organisation as well. "
